Launching two brand-new show apartments

Chelsea Waterfront unveiled two brand-new show-apartments in Tower West. To mark the occasion, an elegant evening reception was held on the building’s 31st floor, during which, HNW investors, property professionals and leading social media influencers enjoyed canapes, inspiring artwork and stunning views of London.

Tower West stands on the north bank of the Thames, with its glistening facade making it easily recognisable from many places along the river. Forming a key part of the wider Chelsea Waterfront development, it comprises 76 apartments spread across 37 storeys. The combination of its desirable location and pioneering architecture by Sir Terry Farrell mean that residents have the opportunity to take in views of the London skyline that aren’t quite like anything else in the capital.

A view unlike any other

Those with existing knowledge of Tower West will affirm that the views from this luxury residential development are a key part of its appeal. This was a fact that guests to last week’s event saw firsthand. From Farrell’s lavish reception area, they were whisked up into the show apartments via elevator, where they found themselves center stage in a magnificent panorama of the city, made all the more spectacular by a blanket of orange hues from the setting sun.

Throughout the evening, guests took turns to step out onto the main balcony and witness the undulating pathway of the River Thames, from one of the only vantage points where the City of London and Canary Wharf sit side by side.

The show apartments

While the sensational views certainly made their mark, the main spectacle was, of course, Tower West’s two show apartments. Guests had the opportunity to take their time exploring each one to admire the meticulous design work of two prestigious design firms, Johnson Naylor and Accouter.

Catering to individual tastes, Johnson Naylor’s design radiated the warmth and comfort of a contemporary high-end country home. On the other hand, Accouter Design’s approach offered an air of bountiful luxury, with plush fabrics, gilded surfaces and marble features. Visitors were left in awe of the limitless flexibility to mold any one of Tower West’s apartments in line with their personal tastes.

In tune with the distinct character of Tower West, a carefully curated selection of Shrecker’s small-scale abstract sculptures were featured throughout the room. The pieces perfectly complimented the space, resonating optimism whilst conveying the pure exhilaration of being.

The artworks served as a fitting introduction to the rich and diverse cultural quarter on Tower West’s doorstep. 508 Gallery is one of several leading contemporary art galleries that residents of Tower West can indulge in at their leisure.

As the evening drew to a close, glowing praise echoed throughout the room. Clearly, life at Tower West resonated with guests.

“Chelsea Waterfront brings together luxury living with the history of an iconic London landmark. We have achieved this in the heart of Chelsea, one of the most sought-after areas of London, close to the Kings Road and home to many of the capital’s finest shops, bars and restaurants. People buying here do so because they want to live next to the river in a desirable area with world-class amenities on the doorstep.” – Robin Gevell, Chief Marketing Manager for Hutchison
